How much does the Croppin' Train Retreat cost?

The Croppin' Train Retreat costs $195* starting on May 1. Final payment must be received on or before October 22 for 2 nights lodging (Friday and Saturday), 5 catered meals, over 44 hours of possible cropping time, 6 foot wide reserved cropping space per person, prizes, use of a Cricut Expressions, massages (for an additional cost) and use of laptop and color printer (small per page charge).* We also have additional packages available. Who can attend the Croppin' Train Retreat?

Anyone can attend the Retreat. Our only restriction is that everyone is at least 15 years old.



What are the sleeping arrangements?

Double and single rooms available with bath facilities in each room.



What should I bring with me to the Croppin' Train Retreat?

You should bring comfortable clothes, toiletry items and your cropping supplies. On the Tips page, we have a recommended tool list and hints to prepare your cropping supplies. We will have all of those recommended supplies available to use in our Supply Depot as well.



Do you have Gift Certificates

Yes, we have them in $25 increments. Contact us for more information.



Can I register at the event?

No. All registrations must be complete and paid for by the dates listed on the pricing page. If you are registering late, we can make other arrangments. You can contact us to register or use the registration form.



I sell scrapbooking products. Can I sell my products during the retreat?

As a retreat participant, we ask that you do not sell your products during the event.



Do you accommodate special needs?

Yes. We will do whatever we can to make attending this retreat as convenient as possible for everyone. If you have a special need, please indicate that on the registration form. We'll contact you before the retreat to make arrangements, if necessary.



Can I bring in my own food or drinks?

We will provide iced tea, water and coffee. If you would like a soft drink, you can bring your own (the rooms have mini frigs) or use the Coca-Cola vending machines provided by the hotel. To avoid an accident, drinks in the crop room must have lids and are only allowed off the table. Drink holders attached to the table are permitted. Coolers will be allowed in the crop room. You are welcome to bring any snacks to the retreat. We will have some, but there is a chance that it may not be what you like.
