Imagine a weekend devoted exclusively to you and your favorite hobby... SCRAPBOOKING!

Now that we are in full swing of 2008, it is time to plan your trip to the next retreat in November

We are excited to have the retreat at the Embassy Suites in Rogers, Arkansas. This venue is easily accessible from the highway, and is very centrally located to a variety of food establishments and other shopping areas. Oh, and did we mention there's a local scrapbook store just a mile down the road?

Based on the survey results from the spring Retreat, we are offering some alternative attendance / pricing packages in the fall. Check out the Pricing Page for more details.

We are proud to offer one of the best Supply Depots in the area! We want to make sure you have all the basics, plus several 'cool tools', at your disposal - and you don't have to bring them from home! You'll find a substantial listing of available tools here. Check it out periodically - we are continually updating it with new tools, stamps, etc.

We celebrated the Grand Opening of our Boxcar Store at the Spring 2008 Retreat. We are able to offer an impressive array of products -- cardstock, designer paper, inks, fibers, embellishments, alterables, storage / organization items, etc. -- at very low prices! Again, if there's a particular product you are interested in, please email us before the Retreat and we'll see if we can make the item(s) available for you.

Another new area we opened at the Spring 2008 retreat is a Work Area within the Supply Depot. The entire area will be staffed at all times, and we'll be there to assist you with any questions you might have about using the various tools, etc. You won't have to wait for supplies to be brought back any more, as everything will be used at the Work Area within the Supply Depot.

We will also do Mini Demos throughout the weekend. We will demo techniques and products that you have requested, we have seen at Scrapbook Conventions or we just thought were cool enough to share. If you have anything you would like to learn about, email us and we will see what we can do to help you. Besides getting away from everything to enjoy such a rewarding hobby, we would like to teach you new things too.

Each room will also have a mini-refrigerator - WooHoo! Bring whatever beverages you would like, keep them cold in your room, and they're ready when you are! The facility will provide coffee, tea and water service throughout the entire retreat, but it's always nice to know you've got that nice cold Pepsi, Coke, etc. waiting for you!

We enjoyed hosting five retreats at Mt. Sequoyah in Fayetteville. We only wish the facilities could accommodate more people, and that the plumbing and electrical were a bit more modern! The charm of Mt. Sequoyah cannot be beat. At one time or another, we all enjoyed sitting on the front porch just soaking in the scenery. This move to a larger facility does not necessarily signal the end of retreats at Mt. Sequoyah. There is every possibility of smaller retreats at Mt. Sequoyah again.

We so appreciate our loyal Croppin' Train riders, those that keep returning to a Croppin' Train event, and we certainly hope to meet many new riders this year. We try hard to ensure each of you has an enjoyable Croppin' Train experience. It has been a pleasure, working to make our dreams a reality for the past three and a half years, and, with your ongoing support, we hope to continue building on those dreams! Keep watching the website for event details!

A Scrapbook Retreat that allows you the freedom to concentrate on scrapbooking your family's precious memories.
